At TrustFord we have invested in video technology to enable our sales colleagues to remotely show you around any vehicle that you may be interested in prior to purchase. For part-exchanges we will ask you to share information using phone film technology to help us assess your current vehicle.

How Does It Work?

Step by step process
  • Make an enquiry on the vehicle of your choice
  • We will be in touch to confirm your live video appointment at a time that is convenient for you
  • Click the link on your confirmation email or text to start your appointment
  • You may opt to have your camera on or off
  • We will then answer any questions you may have, show you round the vehicle and discuss the features and technologies with you
  • For part exchange we will ask you to show video content of the vehicle you are hoping to exchange
