TrustFord, the UK’s largest Ford dealer group, has achieved the Chartered Institute of Credit Management’s prestigious ‘quality accreditation’ for the fourth time, with an impressive Distinction pass grade for a 4th consecutive term which has spanned 10 years.
Chris Jukes (Financial Controller), Joanna Carnell (Group Credit Manager), Helen Felstead (Credit Control Manager) and Alexia Clark-Webber (Fleet Credit Manager) were joined by CICM Head of Accreditation Karen Tuffs FCICM (Grad) and Sue Chapple FCICM (Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management) to receive the award on Wednesday 3rd July 2024.
Joanna Carnell, Group Credit Manager of TrustFord, said: "We’re delighted to achieve CICMQ accreditation for the fourth time and I would like to thank the team for all their hard work in achieving this accreditation.
