What to expect when visiting a TrustFord dealership.

Find below detail on how we will welcome you back safely when visiting our sites for a service, MOT or repairs.

  • Please arrive at the dealership at appointment time you have been given.
  • Please remove all sanitisers, used masks and tissues from your vehicle prior to your appointment.
  • Face Masks are discretionary but our colleagues are wearing them when in close proximity.
  • We will continue to carefully wipe down and sanitise your vehicle prior to handover.
  • Please leave the locking wheel nut key and service book on the passenger seat of your vehicle.
  • Payment will be taken by credit or debit card only to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues
