About Us

Our business

TrustFord is the world’s largest Ford dealer group, operating over 60 locations in the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. TrustFord forms part of Ford Retail Group and as well as managing the Ford franchise for new and commercial vehicles, we run a multi franchise operation for used cars, used commercial vehicles, aftersales and parts. As well as TrustFord dealerships, Ford Retail Group owns and operates 14 Parts Plus sites nationally and runs a national Mobile Service operation.

In 2023 we celebrated our centenary. Today – as TrustFord – our dedicated teams continue to provide great service. Customer service is central to our business, and together we work towards the same purpose: to drive the standard in customer care.

Service Now

Whilst we’ll make every effort to hit that 60 minute mark, our Service Now guarantee needs 2 colleagues working on your vehicle at the same time. In the current environment where we must do all we can to keep our customers and colleagues safe, only one colleague can safely work on your vehicle at any one time. Rest assured, we will always try our best and we will return to our 60 minute service guarantee as soon as we can!

Our Diversity & Inclusivity Policy

At TrustFord everyone is treated equitably to promote dignity and respect. The company is committed to a zero tolerance for anyone not aligning to allowing colleagues to bring their whole selves to work. We are dedicated to educating managers and all colleagues to understand, appreciate and accept that not everyone is the same. We want everyone to support and care for each other and to create this positive environment within TrustFord. To support this, we have multiple initiatives running in tandem.

To support our Diversity and Inclusion strategy we have a dedicated DEI Manager, and we continue to partner with Fiona Daniels at FD2i for professional insight and support.
Every colleague in the business has attended, and all new starters go through, our Driving Inclusion course education programme at the Induction Academy. The programme, developed in partnership with Fiona Daniels and run by our DEI Manager, is key to our success in educating colleagues and creating a safe space. The Driving Inclusion topics covered:

- The benefits of being diverse and inclusive.
- Understanding the meaning of micro aggression.
- Understanding the impact that assumptions can have.
- Identifying and understanding the difference between diversity and inclusion.

Becoming more comfortable with concepts such as inclusive behaviours and culture competency.
